Effective from 17. 9. 2026. These terms govern purchases of Transloria Premium on transloria.com, studio.transloria.com and syndicate.transloria.com.
This is a convenience translation. The Czech text is legally binding.
1. Seller
The seller is Jan Fišer, natural person conducting business under the Czech Trade Licensing Act, company ID 43267254, place of business Nelsonská 11, 417 05 Osek, Česká republika. The seller is not a VAT payer. Customer and technical support: support@transloria.com.
2. Service
The subject is a digital Transloria Premium subscription for the Genesys account. Premium unlocks paid features of Transloria Studio and Transloria Syndicate, in particular remote Workers, Topic Master, Worker teams, A2A projects and the AI team. The base application install, the customer’s own AI provider API keys and local work remain available without Premium. The customer’s AI provider account and usage (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini and others) are billed separately and are not part of the Premium price.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are final, in euros, without VAT, because the seller is not a VAT payer. The current price list is shown with the product. As of 17. 9. 2026:
- Monthly Premium: 7 € every 30 days
- Six-month Premium: 30 € every 6 months
- Yearly Premium: 50 € every 12 months
Payment is made through the Stripe payment gateway. You enter card details at Stripe; the seller has no access to them.
4. Order and performance
You place the order after signing in to the Genesys account on /checkout. The contract is formed when payment succeeds. Digital access is activated after payment is verified, usually immediately. There is no physical delivery cost. You will receive the order confirmation and these terms by email.
5. Recurring payments
Premium is a subscription. After the customer’s consent, Stripe may charge further payments from the stored card. Parameters, cancellation and termination are on the separate pages Recurring payments and Recurring payment terms. Those pages are not the same as these general terms.
6. Withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason by email to support@transloria.com. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends if performance began with the consumer’s express consent before the period expired and the consumer was informed that this right would be lost. A business customer has no right to withdraw without a reason.
7. Complaints
Complain about defective performance by email to support@transloria.com. State the account email, order number and a description of the defect. Do not post the digital service. We will handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days unless we agree otherwise. We will report the status by email. Complaints cannot be made for outages of third parties (Stripe, AI providers) or for problems caused by the customer’s hardware, network or settings.
8. Licence and customer duties
Premium is a non-exclusive licence to use the paid features for the prepaid period. The account is for one person and must not be shared as a public service. The customer is responsible for API keys and for content processed by agents. The application may change files only to the extent the customer allows.
9. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in Privacy.
10. Governing law
The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not affect consumer rights under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence where those rights cannot be contracted out.
