Transloria
Recurring payments
This page explains automatic card charges for Transloria Premium. It is not the same as the general terms and conditions.
This is a convenience translation. The Czech text is legally binding.
Why a recurring payment is created
The reason is payment of the Transloria Premium subscription for the Genesys account. The first payment authorises the card at Stripe. Later payments are charged without entering the card again.
Parameters
| Plan | Amount | Maximum | Amount type | Frequency | Period |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly Premium | 7 € | 7 € | fixed | every 30 days | until cancelled by the customer |
| Six-month Premium | 30 € | 30 € | fixed | every 6 months | until cancelled by the customer |
| Yearly Premium | 50 € | 50 € | fixed | every 12 months | until cancelled by the customer |
The charging frequency is fixed according to the selected plan. The transaction currency is EUR.
Consent and card
When ordering you consent to creating the recurring payment and to storing payment data at Stripe. Stripe handles card data under PCI DSS Level 1. Transloria does not store the card number, expiry date or CVC.
Change and cancellation
Write to support@transloria.com from the account email to change or cancel, or use the Genesys account once subscription management is available. You can also end the recurring payment from the Stripe payment-status email (the payment detail link). Cancellation applies to the next charge; we do not refund a period already paid unless the law or a complaint requires it.
Confirmation
We will confirm the setup within 2 working days after the recurring payment is created. We will notify you at least 7 working days in advance if the first charge follows a trial period, if more than 6 months have passed since the last payment, or if the parameters change.
The legal terms of recurring payments are on Recurring payment terms.
