What data we process

Genesys account data (email, name, language, device sessions), order and subscription data, and technical login and support logs. We do not process payment cards; you enter the card number and CVC only at Stripe, which handles them under PCI DSS Level 1.

Purpose and legal basis

• performance of the account and Premium contract
• legal duties (accounting, complaints)
• legitimate interest in account and website security
• consent, where a specific optional feature requires it

Recipients

Stripe (payments), OAuth login providers if you use them, and necessary infrastructure operators. Chat, project files and the Worker mesh are not relayed through transloria.com.

Retention

We keep the account for as long as it exists. Payment and accounting records for the period required by law. Sessions and technical logs only for as long as necessary.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Send a request to support@transloria.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, language and website security. Without them the account and payment cannot be completed.
